She helped me to find the perfect unit and made sure it was in great condition before my move. She is quick to respond to any requests and has made this whole process very enjoyable

|Recommended: YesI dealt with Destiny throughout the process, and I highly recommend her. She was really on it and alerted me when the apartment I wanted suddenly came available. I think I drove her nuts in the end with all of my questions, but she was patient and understanding. The apartments are nice, the grounds are well kept and staff wonderful.

|Recommended: YesNice Community — I've been living at Middleton Cove for 3 years now, going on 4 and it's such a beautiful living environment. Nice neighbors, quiet surroundings, maintenance is always prompt with request and they really keep up with the community. Feel right at home I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live. Staff is friendly and nice and always keep you updated with information pertaining to the community. If you have any question concerns property staff makes sure they answer it. They keep the place together.

|Recommended: YesRepipping Work — I would like to say that the company doing this work is very good at what they do. They covered tented all the areas they did not need to work and I did not have any added dust or debris. They are friendly and professional. They are willing to assist with moving anything that needs moving and I was not able to move. The head of the group cam in and walked me through what walls would be involved and needed to be cleared. Everything was moved back exactly where it belonged. Now that it is completed, anyone coming into my apartment would never know what was done. I know this is disruptive, this company tries to make is bearable and do good work.

|Recommended: YesFeels Like Home.... — LOVE it and the community, neighbors and staff all feel like family. Feels like people look out for each other here. Very nice and unusual to see. Walk in the front office and everyone greets you.
