The grounds are very well maintained, the people and their puppies are very friendly, and the overall appeal is charming. We have large screened in porches which makes all the difference because you can actually bring the outside in during nice weather The Ashley model is the one I had, and it's layout is very nice.
The complex is well lit overnight, it's safe, affordable, and the maintenance and office staff work very hard to keep us all happy.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Reside — I enjoy living here at Middleton Cove because of the affordability. The location is gorgeous and peaceful. What I enjoy most is the short distance to downtown and folly beach.

The grounds are well maintained, the staff is wonderful I have lived here for 11 years and love sitting on my screened-in porch and visiting with neighbors as they pass by. And, I don't have to mow the lawn
